I'm betting your on your own on that one. Should be able to use a generic tilt kit with a slider that also attaches to the bumper. If you don't go with the slide style, you'll have to angle cut the fender and IMO would put too many vertical lines in the fenders.
 
I did a tilt on a 67 and made everything.I made a hinge to fit into the frame so the whole nose and bumper tilted.Isolate the radiator from the core support,cut the fenders at an angle to clear itself.

The best one I ever saw was this past year on a 55 or so Monarch. The guy had mad a frame that the whole front end mounted on, and it was opened by air cylinders. The way he made the mechanism it slid forward about 2" and then tilted open, so when it was closed and the front clip slid back into place it was securely locked there (with pins that slid in together). Really slick setup, but a lot of fab work.
