Truck is looking sweet. [cl
You need to tie the frame of the brake pedal back to the dash/steering column mount. There is a lot of pressure being put on that pedal and without bracing, it will cause problems on the firewall.

I know the feeling. Now with mine sitting closer to home, it is easy to get at it and spend some time with it. Seems slow going, but everyday when I leave there is progress made which makes me happy!!

Yea...I agree Todd....will probably make something to go from the bracket and bolt to the bottom edge of the dash. Thanks for looking out

Yes, plenty of clearance. It's on an s10 chassis. It has 235/75/15 on front now but gonna go to a shorter tire soon on front.

tire

on mine l found a P195/R60/15 is perfect on a 7'' center set wheel.

on the rear chassis, are you going to run a cross member from just in front of the shock mounts? l know it's a S-1O chassis, but in mine l had some flex and the X-member helped a lot in stopping it.

it is looking good:D

Later :cool:

tires

the BF Goodrich T/A's l had on the front(Which they no longer make) and the current ones on the front of my truck;

P195R6O-15's and 6 inch wheels center set.

remember mine has a 1977 nova sub-frame in it and you have the S-10 frame so it may sit different with that tire/wheel l have on mine . you may have to experiment with various tire sizes and wheel width and center set to get the right ''look''

Later :cool:

Haven't posted in a while....got steering column built and installed, made some door panels and covered in leather....gauges mounted....driveshaft shortened, welded and installed....and got new wheels just not installed yet
