After market brake mc/brake pedal

The po of my 48 F6 took the brake/clutch assembly out and got rid of it. Im thinking of getting an after market brake pedal,mc,booster. My question is I only can find disc/drum or disc/disc mc with the kits and I have drum/drum can i use the disk/drum kit and just plumb a adjustable proportion valv in?

You can use the disk/drum.
I don't think you need a proportioning valve on drum/drum though

Speedway sells a kit with a firewall mount booster and early Corvette style master cylinder. You can use it with drum or disc, you just put in a 2psi or 10 psi residual pressure valve depending on which you have. I have one in my Lincoln, used the 10 psi rpv's since I'm going full drum for now, and put an adjustable porportioning valve in the rear line to adjust the rear pressure. I can't say how it works yet as it's not finished....
