i have my motor set up but i forgot to take into consinderation the wait on the frame
so with the engine on the mounts the intake isnt level..does the intake
or carb have to be level?

How out of level is it? It doesn't have to be level but it helps keep the float level in the carbs set correctly if the carb mounting surface is level or close to it.
