Had an cut down M Farmall on my T for a while, but it didn't cool well, so replaced it with an A Shell.

Me and a buddy found a guy crushing a tractor collection when iron was up and we gave him $5 each for a bunch of shells. These are my 1/2, We flipped a coin for the Oliver shell..

I've seen them on used on allot of different rats some looked good and some looked like it didn't belong. It kinda depends on what your gonna put it on. If you decide to sell one of those I might be interested in buying one. I'll look in my stash of rat pic's and see what I can find.

I got a grill from a M farmall that I'm gonna put on the front of my 52 IH pickup. I think tractor grills are a good alterative. I especially like old ford tractor grills, but they are harder to find.

Allis Chalmers Grill

Mine is similar to the second one you posted. Definitely an Allis Chalmers.

No, it's not a crash test grill. [S

It's a WWII P51 Mustang Squadron pattern. :D

The Oliver is my faveorite, but mine is narrow--might put a piece in the middle to space it out.

Heres some drawings of speedsters with tractor shells/hoods, and my Oliver shell. I've seen good Oliver shells sell for $200 at swap meets!

Sorry to sidetrack but i've always thought chopping doors like in this foto from Mako would be cool on all kinds of cars. This is the first time i have seen it done. Good way to handle rocker panel rust out. I would like to see it done to a 50's,60's car. love those twin oil bath air cleaners.
