40+ hours a week back in drywall helping the little brother with his truck and trying to squeeze shop time in is getting old. Did get my FH bead roller tuned up. runs 16 GA on a 1/8" step die nice. Rolled a couple beads for some pratice.

Modified it, did the bracing on the back. and adapted my tube roller wheel to fit it.

Now shape up a little bucket body with fancy beading and sell it for $1500.
It seems to me bucket bodies made from real 18 gauge steel could be formed fairly easily.
Who wouldn't prefer steel to fiberglass if it were available.

I braced mine up as soon as I bought it, I need to do the steering wheel mod.

Nice looking bead. I picked up an old bead roller recently. Works pretty good but I may need to add some braces like you did.

Humility aside, it's a good idea. You definately have the talent. One panel at a time, then jigged and welded together.
