Made it home with the 2nd load today.

I got this one in on the first load. I picked up two of these at the auction.

I also got a lot of sheet metal and these two cowls from old Buicks

that picture of "Runaway" reminded me of the Del Shannon song. in fact i started wistling the electronic organ part.

Just got back with the last load of treasures from the auction, no pictures, it is dark outside. I did a little parts swapping with a guy who drove from Souther Ca. to the auction to buy the rear half of a 27 Buick to hot rod the heck out of. He took the parts off of two frames there and I traded him a front axle, out of one of my piles for everything he couldn't take home, or did not want. So I brought, among other things two Buick frames, the International pickup, and another 35 chevy truck cab. And a bunch of rusty metal to sort through too.
Oh, the guy I did some trading with..... his dad was the "Cook" we have all seen on the doors of a famous 41 willys gasser. This guy was a great guy, and found out about the auction from the HAMB. I told him to come check us out, I hope he does. Hot rodders are such great people.
