anyone eever do a mid 60s gmc truck this way ive got the body mnts cut loose and floors sliced for the frame to go through so far

The easy way is to keep the floor and body mounts intact and cut the body away from the floor allowing it to drop down... then simply reweld the body to the floor and fill any gaps with sheet metal...

thnx for the tip that worked great i cut the top last night thats a big problem all the body lines are not aligned and its giving me fits but i luv saving rust[

You really should be bracing off or door fitment is gonna give you troubles.
