its ok - we have "sting operations" in Texas where they put up fake deer
to catch poachers etc - and a guy got busted for shooting a decoy then a little while later later shot the same
decoy in the same location...

They have done that in Pa also with deer and pheasant. We came to one of are meeting with the tapes. Some of the stuff people do and call them self hunters.

WE have an issue here right now. A bear named Bozo was shot by a hunter with a bow. The issue is that the bear was well known in the area and every one knew were the bear was friendly and were it hung out. The bear was being taken care of by one of the locals for 12 years. This bear would knock on his door and wait for him to come and and feed him. He would feed him donuts and other stuff.

The bear was known to cross the Delaware River from Pa. to NJ. This bear was a local Attraction and people would stop to watch and take pictures of the bear. The bear I thing was about 1200 lbs. and was friendly to anyone.


The guy that shot him put 6 arrows in him and the bear just stayed there and did not run. They also found a bait pale close by. In the bait pale was donuts and other stuff. If it stands it may be a national record for a bear killed with a bow.
