I have a chevy 350 That idles fine, has good acceleration, and good power. The problem is at cruising speed (30mph or 55 mph) it will start missing. If I accelerate it quits but starts about a mile or so down the road. It has new cap and rotor, new wires, new plugs, electric fuel, and a brand new Summit intake and carb. Just wondering where to start.
Thanks:confused:

It will miss at cruze--but smooth out when accelerating.. So you have enough fuel, and fire, so not the F pump or Dizzy--Sounds like the carb..

Try changing the springs out in the distributor for lighter ones that will advance the timing faster.
