Bed work

A couple of the guys came over and got the bed put together. We took some old scrap channel, some skid plate and some drop cut 2 x 6's from Home Depot and came up with this. Mick

Great truck

Your truck is very cool. You should be proud of your progress and of your helpers, "they done good". Isn't it great to have good friends? I was thinking maybe a lookalike tow truck boom that would swing out to the drivers side for your chair. You could actuate it with linear actuators and a small winch. Just a thought. Also some old trophies can have different cool stuff on them for a hood ornament. It kind of depends if you built the truck with a "theme". An old Mack bulldog or any of the big truck hood goodies might work also. Random ideas no need to pay attention to them. Hope to see some video of you rolling along in your the Willys. Congratulations. Later Steve

Thought about a crane for the chair. Not able to drive now , but will be riding shotgun... We started it up last week. Man is it LOUD. Can't wait to hit the road. Will have photos soon. My friends are the best
