Well, I have not heard of any aftermarket intakes to swap to carbs, and the ignition was all computer controlled, no distributor... I guess it depends on which way you want to go, and how involved you want to get.
You could fabricate an intake manifold and go carbs, and then setup a crank fired ignition. Or you could go more simple, and find a harness, ECM, and such from a dodge truck or viper that came with the V10, and run all the stock stuff...
