Engine cooling

I have a question that I hope someone can amswer for me. As my project is something new to me, I have many questions. I am pu ttinga sbc350 in my tube chassis VW. It will have A/C, auto trans. The question I have is, on my radiator, if I use a 16", puller fan with 1800 CFM and not a fan on my water pump, will that be enough cooling?

I think we need more info to give you a better answer, but 1800 just off the top of my head seems low.

I'd go with a 2100 cfm at least

1800 is way too low. Put a SPAL 16 inch puller on it and you will get anywhere between 2700 and 3000 cfms. All 3 of our cars are running SPAL's and even here in Florida they keep our engines cool.
