My 34 Dodge has a 392 Hemi with a transadpter with a 46RH tranny.
The 46RH is very long and has the transmision mount way at the back end.
The Hemi has it's motor mounts way at the front, this gives it over 6 feet in length between the motor mounts and the transmission mount. The hemi puts out lots of HP and torque so, I'm a little bit worried about the mating area between the motor, trans and adapter being a weak area. Should I fab a second set of motor mounts at the engine/trans adapter or am I worring for nothing?[S

It could be the cause of some concern. I have a similar situation with the 394 Olds I am mating with a TH350 trans. The original Olds had the center mounts on the bellhousing but those are eliminated now.

Gastrick will be a good source of help here. He has a Hemi in his Deuce with a TH350 behind. Not sure how he did his, but if Bill did it I know it was well thought out. My first thoughts are that some sort of center engine plate might be helpful.
