Holley 94 models

I am no expert on Holley 2bl carbs, but this information may help.

The numbers in general are the carb model and year used. Some examples are as follow.

Chandler Groves on side --------------------- 8 cyl 1938 pass car & truck
Model 92 ------------------------------V8 60hp 1939-40
Model 91-99 -------------------1939-41 pass car & truck
Model 21-29 --------------------------------------- 1942-45 pass car & truck
Model 94 -------------------------------- 2100 series after market carb
Model 8BA --------------------1949-51
Model 7RT --------------------------------------- 1947-51 pickups
Model EAB ------------------------------- 239 Flathead V8 1952-53

This is just a general idea of what the letters indicate.

I run a pair of the Model EAB on my Chevy 194" 6 cylinder dragster, lots of fun to work with and good performance when setup right.

The 'model 94" 2100 carbs come in either Holley or Ford brand and are replacement, not aftermarket since Holley bought out Chandler-Grove.
The 92 and 21-29 seem to be the hardest to find.
The larger bore ones are the E series, EAU, EGC... and thus flow more air.
The truck carbs have a different top as they had a different way to mount the air cleaner. I have used turbo pipe clamps to mount regular air cleaners on the truck carbs.
