I picked up a 1964 triumph harold rag top with a home made 4 link and 9 inch about 7 years ago and didnt get a title with it The guy i got it from said it was titled in Idaho and he would try and get the title from the owner he bought it from but now i cant get ahold of him or the orignal owner, Any ideas of to get a title ,Its got a vin tag on her and she would be a really cool rod ,Thanks

I was gonna buy a car from Florida but found out it only came with reg and not a title. It was a '27 RPU. For me, that was a deal breaker. Too much trouble to reg in California.

I would check local laws on storage lein. Anyone in the wrecker business could tell you how it works.
