Ford 2.3L Tech tips

Anyone have any Tech tips for the Ford 2.3L inline 4?

Just picked up a rebuilt 2.3L w/5-speed from a friend.

Any tech advise or speed parts web sites would be great, as
I've never owned one of these engines before.

Esslinger Engineering has done a lot of work with the 2.3 & 2.5L Fords. They're showing over 200hp out of their crate motors. circletrack
