hi my name is steve new to the forum..i am a lowrider guy normaly i just picked up a 40 for cab and frame the cab is chopped 6" and sectioned 4" the guy that started it just did it cause he could then towed it out to the back of his pasture..my plans are s10 chassis cause i want it low...oh yeah i paid 20 bucks for the cab and frame i bought a 31 buick grill shell for 40.00 useing a 350/350 combo i got for 200.00..we have a automotive machine shop so motor cost will be low...plan is to drive the truck away from our wedding in august
 
Welcome to RRR! If you're going fenderless, the biggest problem with using a S10 frame is it ends up looking front heavy unless you move the suspension forward of the motor.

Nice to have ya here..... What's the fiance's take on rumblin out of the wedding in the ride??? Or does she know yet!? Yep, pics are always welcome....the more there are, the better we like em....:D
 
trying to upload pics..when i picked up the cab the builder told me its 6" chop and 6" section so i was wrong about that...as far as the future wife she is a car gal too..we picked her up a 64 ford falcon 2 dr wagon to build

the stock truck is a titled 1945...the interior is olive green apears it my have been a army truck then sold to opud and then to the guy we bought it from..
