Hey all, never post on here, forgot I made an account lol, but I do alotta lookin on here! anywho, I got 52 Dodge pickup that was my great-grandpas passed down to my grandpa and now to me...almost a shame im gonna butcher it..planned on going with a more modern cruiser.. IFS, Air, etc etc , but decided against it and decided to "rat" it [ddd

well l won't be putting mine in the river even tho it got a SBC in it.

another old dodge truck saved,,,,,,,COOL [cl

what IFS? l used a 77 nova for mine. had to modify the firewall a bunch to get the V-8 in.

mine was a 3 year build that turned into 15 year project.

real curios how the older nose is gonna look, definitively post pics. please start a build thread when it mocked up and on its way to being a running rod!!!

each there own...I know chevys are cheap to build and what not, but theyre too common...every time I goto a carshow with a rat rod /street rod whatever, its ALWAYS stuffed with SBC..
IFS - Independent Front Suspension, I grabbed the front end from a 95 Dakota, have Power Rack/Steering etc etc. My grandpa gave me this in May of 09..so i've had it going on 3yrs..biggest thing has been money...and me changing my mind all the time, like I said, original plan was Dakota IFS, 360/727/8.75..then changed to 340/727 now the final is 392/A833 lol

i'll deff start a build thread when I start on the frame, right now finishing up the frame table...then off to buy more metal for the frame...money allowing..haha

i'm sure ill be asking ALOT of questions!!![P thanks for all the welcomes fellas!
