I'm Looking For Taillight Ideas

Looking for Custom taillight ideas for a 51 merc instead of the same old same old...any ideas?

do you have a pic of the tail end, just for reference?

Heres some ideas off the top of my head, could work for any car if you have the patience....

-Ford shoebox tail lights turned 90degrees
-Nash Ambassador tail lights(filler neck in driver side lamp)
-Oldsmobile 88 lights
-'58-ish corvette tail lights(actually graft into the top of your rear fender)
-anything studebaker
-early 50s caddy lights(not the boobie cones)

I like the vertical caddy style , I know this may seem very modern , but you could french a led strip in the body above the bumper ( like the aftermarket strips for pick-ups ) only use that as a brake light though . I think it would look okay if done discretely , in conjunction with the vertical caddy lights , not just stuck to the body ????
