Introduction

Looking around for a rod site to join and I saw the name Rat Rod and thought I would check your site. I am seventy years old (I know - that's OLD) But I do have a Project going. It's a 36 GMC Pinto front end Husky Chevy Motor (brand new Strocker Built by Dave Thompson Racing Enterprises (friend of mine who builds stock cars) 400 Turbo, Ford nine inch with 4-10 gears (not sure about the ratio), and getting ready to install the A.C. with custom made aluminum radiator. Have not designed the interior as yet. not bad for first hot rod, but when you are 70 you have to build what you want the first time. Sometime I will tell you about my son's 62 Grand Prix Convertable (I know GM did not build it but we did).Gaspumpjim
