My wife worked for a company that did assemblies. .a customer had a trampoline to be assembled, but was missing parts for the enclosure. The tech wouldn't do the job so the woman called and was cussing and yelling, saying she wanted it done NOW even without the enclosure...it was to be installed on her balcony on the 22nd floor!!
