My family and are on our "gear head minication" we made a stop at the corvette museum this morning but didn't find nothing picture worthy IMO. My son found a museum in Nashville that is for European and rare cars. Lane motor museum. Small place but I could of stayed for a whole day! I suggest stopping if in the area!

Enough rambling, here's some pics!

I'm going to try to post a pic of the car then the pic of the info.

This thing uses three leaf springs As the front leaf axle. The picture of the whole thing refuses to load.

This awesome little car was in the parking garage. No info on it but it was sharp!

More pics later!

Thanks for the post.

Those are some cool cars. I think the cars with props on em' are cool. Especially the 1942 Aeroluge with a prop and skis. I'd like to build one out of this. That is a car skis and a prop.

Thanks for posting, 21. At a glance, I thought this thread was titled "Lame car museum". Wrong with a hint of irony. Dauphine, huh? :D

Google "snowplanes"... if you don't know that already.

I like oddities and prototypes.

You would love this place then. It's not big but I could spend a hour on every car! Almost all the cars have a good amount of info on them. And they ALL run and drive.

I killed my phone taking pics and starting taking them with my wife's. (I got complimented on its pink case). I will post the rest of the pics tomorrow. Probably 25 more.

Eric

I missed a few that's already on my phone.

For some reason a lot of the pics of the info sheets won't upload. I can't remember what this thing was called but the company was eventually bought out by Mercedes.

Wtf I just noticed the radiator in the corner of the pic. The sign said this thing was air cooled....

A lot of the pics that I took have some how dissapeared. Not sure what happened.

Thanks for posting these pics. I've been through them several times. Lots of unique machines.

Looks like some nifty stuff. I need to check it out.

I've got one of these, but mine is an earlier version (carburated).
