Well,I don't get on line as much as I would like anymore(working on other peoples projects)so this will be a slow build to watch!
I bought a 58 Edsel and then a 56 pontiac wagon and now the Edsel is gone and the Pontiac is for sale.BECAUSE.........I finally found what I REALLY want to build![cl
It's a 51 NASH 2-door wagon!
Real solid but needs floor pans!
The plan is to make this jewel my daily driver!
I have an 07 Pontiac Solstice engine and 6 speed trans lined up to
put in it! The engine is TURBO CHARGED too![dr
Prob use an 8.8 Ford disc rear end with the long side cut for a short axle
and that will make it within 1in of stock dim.
Air and cruise control with leather interior, ect ........the works!

Stay tuned!![P

You did good Gussett! That is a really cool piece of Americana there.

See your unloading technics are still the same. Hey...... Where's that yellow rusty 39' Ford cab. You didn't. Did you?

Vision ????

Well I'll prob. change my mind a hundred times but as of now................
I want to put a mustang11 front end in it and put a narrowed disc brake rear end in with leaf springs to keep it simple. And as for paint I'm thinking some flames like in pic but with car in dark flat green with gloss silver flames?FOR SURE it will have the Solstice engine/trans .And will be sitting LOOOOOWWW!
Who knows?
Any Ideas guys??[S
I'm open to suggestions!

Even though this belongs to a friend of mine, and it is fast, fast, fast I would hope you don't go in this direction.

I really like the Nash and I know you will build a cool machine out of it.[cl

Thats funny, I was just getting ready to type PRO Street roller skate and then saw this pic!! I see what you mean Bob, it's kind of the obvious thing someone would do. This does deserve much much thought!![S

Bob w do you have info on that car. like what was done for front suspension and frame. Also what engine and trans is in it. Any detail pictures?

McNashy

I want one, but I'm envisioning a Nash truck el camino style!!!

Port, you gotta do the roof rack, and don't chop it or fill the rear windows, leave to body stock (did I just say that?)

That's going to bad, now Mr Z needs to get busy on his NASH TOO!
