I'm new to the rat rod scene and i have a 1930 ford coupe. I have searched around but can't find what I'm looking for. I'm trying to find a place that sells a sun visor with holes it them. Here is a pic of a car that has the sun visor I want. I anyone can let me know that would be great. thanks

That isn't a piece that you buy. Go down to your local hardware, get yourself a 2" hole saw and have fun. The coolest parts aren't in catalogues...

That would be a very simple piece to make. if you're new to sheet metal work that would be a great place to start.

There is a guy on eBay that sells them, like $145.00. I'd start making a cardboard pattern, then make one out of 20 ga....grouchy

www.macsautoparts.com sells 30-31 model A visors $88.50 for fiberglass and $125.00 for steel. Buy a $5.00 hole saw at the hardware store and about a 1/2 hr at the drill press and walla a visor with holes in it. You can even make em outta piece of 16 ga sheet metal, not that difficult to fabricate really.

thanks for the info I will just try the hole saw way first.
