Well i'm not a noob to RRR but i'm not around a lot. Because of that I haven't shared much about this truck since I asked if it was worth buying. That was 3 months ago and i've been driving the truck every day since. She has the 305 Big Block V6 with the spark plugs sticking up out of the intake. It's something a little unique and despite the negative rap I heard from the "drop a 350/350 in every truck you come across" guys the little engine performs pretty well. She's super torquey, reliable and I think it gets better mpgs than my 1989 F350 with a 460 in it.

Anyway i'll throw up a pic of what it looked like when I bought it. I'm all for saving patina but I wasn't feeling the primer and flames look. So I just finished the rattlecan makeover. I bought this truck as a summer rod and I don't have plans to keep her through the winter. I'd like to sell it late summer and put the money into my '89, then maybe a different rod next summer?

I wasn't sure if I should post in builds or not because i've pretty much done to it what i'm going to. The plan is to keep driving it as is through the next few months and then i'll probably put a 1/2" orange pinstripe betwen the black and grey, put a Harley Davidson sticker in the back window and park it on the corner during rally week (I live 20 minutes from Sturgis, SD). In the meantime i'm really enjoying cruising around in this little truck. [;)
