So I been wanting a rod or something for awhile now, just didn't know what I needed. I always like the T's thought about making me one but then happened across this cab sitting outback of a buddies tranny shop.

So this is the start of my rod. Im still gathering some parts but have start of piles and thoughts.

First 2 pics are of the future sun visor. Wind was blowing to hard to actually set it in place. It actually looks like it might work just need to be creative on mounting.

Wasn't snowing either so I had an extra steering wheel and shaft laying around wanted to see where it felt comfortable . Btw just so u know I'm building this in my drive with out a garage. The neighbors just love me [;)

I agree, you've got a good start....but..

you've gotta lose the Escort tail wing.....not sure you'd ever be able to make that look like a visor....you'd have better luck making one out of sheet metal..not to be a spoil sport.....JMHO and of course your rat your rules...by the way, I have one sitting around (a wing) if you'd like another...:D....or not....

More mopar. Gotta love them dodges.
I guess I do, I've got 4 dodge and one jeep. 1948 thru 2012.

You have a good start on your ride. Do it to it!

POPS

good looking cab. You have the other door? If not it shouldn't be that hard to find one. that is a 39-47 WC. Same as what I have. And as SGT said I would look around for a real visor, you can find them pretty reasonable. Or bend one from sheet metal. I don't think you will ever pull off the look with the spoiler.
