Hey guys, been a while since ive been on here. I'll post my new obsession soon.

I built a fuel cell, and am now in need of a fuel sending unit. Looking for something that works at a 10 ohm full - 90 ohm empty range for a tank 6" deep.

Even if i had to retro-fit something that'd be just fine

Thanks in advance
Joe

How far off would the guage be if mine calls for 10 ohms and this one calls for 0 ohms?

I dont like the idea of installing it on the bottom of the tank, i wonder if i could take it apart and flip the "coil" 180* ???

I just got off the phone with Classic Instruments. The guage doesnt really mount upside down, you turn the arm housing 180*. They said its not a complicated procedure, and directions come with it. I ordered it, we'll see.

On the guage accuracy, he said empty will still read the same and the needle will peg full faster. As long as the E reading is accurate and im not stranded im happy!;)

Thanks RPM
