Nah...Electronics is like the jitter-bug, it's so simple it confuses you. The whole thing hinges on the understanding of the atom.

This forum will work out great for me. Wiring is my weakness. It must be due to my lack of understanding the atom.

Here I am starting a wiring project. Notice my confusion. I think I was in this position for about 45 minutes just figuring where to start.

I can see the problem right in front of you. You were working on a bowl of spagetti. Anytime you're working with a wiring harness, spread it out on the floor and take a good look at it. Visualize it going into the car. Study the connections. Read the directions carefully, they're usually dictated by someone who has never put one in a car, and got his information from an installer who gave him the 10 cent tour. Wiring harnesses are the easiest way to go. Snake it all through, plug in the main plug, plug in the smaller plugs, Follow the directions and connect the individual wires. Now, one strand at a time...that's when you learn the how's and why's.

Lakota, I did what you are saying. I was just choosing a mounting location for the fuse block in that pic before I started. Thanks for the tips. I'll take all I can get.

Anywhere that you don't have to be a circus contortionist to reach it.

Good advice Lakota,
I say mount it on the firewall, Just make a cover for it maybe.

I might mount mine on the dash just to mess with someones head......

GREAT Advice! I just wish the factory would use it. I hate having to bend over backwards just to change a fuse!!!!
