New old camper

This is the second (serial number two) Scotty Serro Sportsman ever built, I got it from the estate of the original owner. Going to clean it up and only "preserve" it. New paint inside, new re-pop tail and marker lights. Should look cool behing the Merc or the Ford wagon.

Very cool. I love those old canned ham trailers. It looks to be pretty solid. A good dunging out, acid wash the outside and repaint the inside, a little foofing up like some new curtains and viola.

Neato! For me,i would be thinking about upgrading the axle for larger and more roadworthy wheels and tires.

I don't know where my son found it, but he was showing me a photo of an old slammed truck with a slammed trailer behind it last night.

Both of them were about on the ground, and had wide white walls on them.

I assume someone had put airbags on the trailer?

It looked really cool.

Neato! For me,i would be thinking about upgrading the axle for larger and more roadworthy wheels and tires.

It has 15x6 (small Ford pattern) wheels on it, but the torsion springs are dead. Going with a new adjustable torsion axle so I can still keep it low.
