Hi Guys
Been watching forum for sometime and been keen to get a project started. Fell over my 70's dodge d5n 4tonne. Plan is to matte black, dumped as low as possible and convert to beavertail to cart my series landrover and brothers ford escort around.
Prob not the norm for this forum but wanted to put the build somewhere and you guys have given some great insperation.
will try and post pics. Will be a slow build as new house and wedding slowing progress.

Thanks for warm welcome
will post on build section once i find cord for camera. But quick update while im here found previously thought to be sound body had some very dodgey rust repairs years ago and will require bit more work, all good though. Starter motor decided to short internally when i was moving into shed, had front springs out though and lowered it 6 inches(i work for a springworks this stuff is easy) still not enough though.
As for other projects i also have a restored 1975 series 3 landrover slightly modified for forest bashing, a ford escort with full house 2litre(semi retired due to inconsiderate bugger running into me), series 2a landrover and also restoring Hillman Husky for the fiance. There are other usual toys dirtbikes and 5.7l commodore but thats another story.
