Bought this today, heavy duty shrinker/stretcher at HF. Shrinker was on sale for $149.00 & I got an additional 20% off, stand was on close out for $87.00 and manager let me have it for $75.00. It's supposed to handle 16 gauge steel. Looks good.
Don't know if they are clearancing the stand that holds 2 units or not. I originally wanted that unit but it wasn't stout enough so I got the 1 head unit and will have to change jaws
Finally got to use the Shrinker/stretcher on a project, it worked great with one snafu. The arm that connects to the foot control and the actual lever that moves the dies keeps popping out, it has a relief cut in it all the way around for the allen set screw to go into but does not hold. I need to fix that issue before I can remake my radius angles for my helicopter project (made the first ones a little to tight). The angle was a little heavier than 1/16th aluminum and it handled it well except for the issue with the linkage.
