Serial number on frame says it was built in Sept 1929, but I think cowl
panel is 30-31. What about rest of body? Not that it matters much. I'd just like to know.

Very likely a body built in late '29 was for the 1930 model year. It looks like a '30. Someone here that has a better memory than I will tell you if it is a Murray or a Briggs body.

Yes it is. The beltline on the '29 Briggs Fordor Sedans is the same as a '30-'31, but the cowl is totally different. Notice how you have a regular '28-'29 tank mounted underneath the sheet metal? Also easily identified by the massive amount of wood usage compared to other Fords...
