So my first step is to remove the cab from teh body of the Iveco. I plan on keeping the wiring harness and transferring it into the body of the 40 ford along with the iveco instrument cluster.
so here is phase 1 :

the iveco still starts and runs at this point. i'm going to yank the cab next and leave the harness attached to make it easier to keep everything in working order.

What motor is in that Iveco? I know they have used various brands over the years.

it's a 5.9 turbo diesel made by Iveco. basically a cummins copy. cummins helped them develop it.
