Finally got some pics of the federal cab i got a while ago, still parked where i bought it. Behind a fence, but at least got some pics.
Also, been busy rebuilding my daily driver, got some pics of us pulling the motor. Just got a 350 from a friend that i'll put in it this weekend so i can take my time with my old 350.

Really like the split windshield on the Federal cab. Also, the saw blade in your grille is too cool!

A few more

Thought i would send a few more pics, of both the Federal and engine pull.
The Federal has some kind of Cadalac engine (400 sumthin) and the front wheel drive is already set up. The guy was going to use it to hook up a big fiberglass trailer right on the back of the truck.
Still don't know what i'm going to do with it. When I first saw it I didn't know what it was and thought it would be a good candidate for a chop. Now that I know it might be better to find someone who is really looking for this type of truck. If I can't get rid of it (I payed 500) for more that I payed I am gonna have to chop it, but I have a 46 Ford cab that i'm working on next, so I have at least 3 months to worry about that. Hardly any rust, nice dash, it will look great chopped. Just like a 30's Ford.

It is a cool truck, and the big fenders would look great cut down a little, and left on.

Fenders

Ya those fenders, they are massive. Never thought about trimming them down, that sounds nice. Think I really want to get rid of it, think i'd feel bad (but just for a moment) if I chopped it. But it would probably be one of the few Federals chopped and channeled!
