Here is the latest: I cut the frame today, figured out that I cant use the frame parts to Z the frame, so I'll have to box it... suggestions?

Like I said before - do your research BEFORE you do anything. Hopefully you haven't gone too far and made your situation worse. There is plenty out there in print that will give you good and reliable info besides the internet. This would be a good start...
