Quiet fuel pump

Does any one know of a quiet electric fuel pump? I currently have a Summit one but it is just too loud. Thanks

I've always used Holley. If you mount just about any pump, on a piece of old radiator hose, it won't send the vibrations into whatever it's hanging on. Cut about three or four inches of hose, mount one side if the hose to the body and the opposite side to the pump. It works better than just the 1/4" slab of rubber they supply with the pump.

I got a Carter 2-4 psi pump from NAPA to use on my model A. Extremely quiet.

So far, the Carter is the quietest pump that I've used. I've used every model that Holley makes and some Mallorys also.

I went through several on my Chevelle but the Speedway version was the loudest. Although mine still isn't all that quite... my exhaust drowns it out.

I have a carter that is advertised as a marine fuel pump. Pretty quiet, but cant hear it over the exhaust anyway.

I've always run Holley pumps and some are noisier than others. I had one on my Jeep truck that sounded like an air compressor running and yet the one on my 23 is very quiet. Carters generally have the best reputation for quietness and even longevity, from what I have seen.

I have an old holley "blue " pump on my A and it's as loud as a chain saw , but it sure pumps as much as you will ever need
