I am from Mass and it does not look good for me as My Coupe will not beat the deadline in April 30 2012 to be grand fathered. I may have to call the guy with the crusher and end the project..

Scratch Building a Coupe

A guy called Chet gave a good answer over in hotrodders.com under read This Mass laws. I feel a tinge better but will still watch and see what happens down the road.
