Removing the stuck pins in the door hinges

Can anyone help me out on this I need to get the pins out of the hinges on my '42 chevy so I can repair the door bottoms


Whats the best way to do this with out messing up the hinges
I have tried to unscrew the clutch head screws and they just stripped out on me

Got all of them except one and I wrecked the hinge gettin off

But I have a guy that has parts so I got a new one comin [cl [cl
