Well, after 7 months and I'm not quite sure how much money, it's a driver......

I was out for a little drive earlier today, when a bull hauler (livestock semi truck) layed on his horn , slammed on his brakes and flew out of his truck trying to buy my car.....those guys rarely even stop to pee.....I politely told him it wasn't for sale, and he probably couldn't afford to change my mind......

Before I found my '29 Ford Tudor I really wanted to build a Two-Lane Blacktop clone '55! I wouldn't have needed much in the way of a sound body, since it'd have a 'glass front clip and trunk lid, and since I wouldn't have been trying to restore it to original. But even at that '55s ain't cheap. Congrats on your sweet ride!

I've been watching this 55 resurrection on here and other sites, and you really have made major progress in the right direction with it. Just pulling off the side pipes and changing wheels made a HUGE difference.

No wonder guys want to buy it now.
