I am asking everyone and everywhere about this little problem. I need a tie rod clamp that will fit a 1" tube (radius rods) for the steering stabilizer. No luck so far finding one. Any help locating one would sure be appreciated.

Thanks, guys

The steering dampner i have on mine came with a clamp that looks simalar to an old style bicycle seat adjusting clamp

Ballistic Fabrication has different size tab clamps

Hmmmmm, not sure where you could find a clamp like that. With a little work and a torch you could heat and form some 1 inch x 3/16 strap into a circle with some tabs on either side. It would probably take you all of an hour to make one up, and if you took your time you could even drill holes in both ends then form it around a 1 inch tube to shape it.

That is the only thing I can think of, except maybe welding a tab to one of the tubes on your hairpin and slipping a bolt through that.

Older post, but I need a 1" diameter steering stabilizer clamp too.
Did anyone ever find one or am I needing to make my own?

Thanks
