Get your tape out and starting measuring. Check the width, check to see if front or rear steer works better. Most of its preference.

camaro is usually pretty easy and cheap to maintain

If the nose is pinched tight up front like my 37 buick go with a 68-74 nova or 67-69 camaro subframe with rear steer. Front steer is super tight with the way the front of the car is made, took a lot of effort for me to get it to work.

THE 71-83 CAMARO CLIP IS 3" TOO WIDE AND FRONT STEER, THE STEERING BOX IS GOINT TO BE WHERE THE FRONT FENDER MOUNT SHOULD BE.

it will only bring you heartache.

the best would be the above mentioned 68-72 Nova rear-steer clip,

or I've seen a few with 78 up Malibu or S-10 front clips which are front steer, but had the box and drag link replaced by a early 90's Dodge Intrepid rack and pinion.
