Being an ex-military man, I have always been partial to the OD green and dark green or black combo.... your rendering looks cool to me.....

PHEW!
the car looks really good!
I'm glad you elaborated, I read "Time for a change" and didn't know what to think without any pichurs and I started to worry

If you think the OD is getting overdone, why not go with Navy colors? One of the blues or grays.

Deja vu...[S

Yea... That would be cool
what about WWII aviation colors?
I used to build models and I liked the air force and navy camo themes

your photoshop color gave me an idea...what about the olive but not in a flat...
basecolor olive but alternate highlights with metalflake and shadowing with fogging in some black to add some "shape" to the flatness of the body
