Turbo 350 rebuild

Soo, boes anybody know how to rebuild one.? I know how to pull'em, install'em, but dont know a thing about how to rebuild them. Any help would be great. I did check with a place I used to work @ and 650.00 is the best they can to for a bench build.(that is also the best price I could around here)
Let me know how hard it is and I might try it myself.
