Vintage rod...

Here is a poor pic of one of the rods my dad had back in the 60's. The engine was a lincoln v8 and that's about all I remember of the details. I really like this type of rod that guys with little money put together back then...

(everytime I try to shrink it to fit better the image gets horrible - turns mostly white)

OK - since DMW56 resized it I put my smaller one up to keep the formatting better. See haw bad mine looks?

That is the kind of car I remember seeing when I was growing up. To me that is tradition. Great looking rod he had, and nice choice for power.

That is very nice,I too love those old hot rods that guys build back then. And imagine doing it without the internet and parts companies for supplies and knowhow.
