I think I would have to agree with English on the duct tape. That stuff never fails. Velcro always gets those lint balls in it and stops working bailing wire will rust and epoxy just takes to long.

Plus you will need a very good bond with the amount of torque those wheels will apply.

I've run those tires, they don't hook worth a darned ! I "wooden" run them if I were you.

Make sure your tie strap is SFI Certified for the track as well....
