So when I took my trip out west I stopped and talked to Bonehead. We discussed the different climates. His was very dry compared to the more damp northeast. This is a pic of my coupe body and chassis bits. I put them there in mid april. There was no vegetation savd some grass. Here is what it looks like as of this morning. The second pic is Boneheads parts pile. He says they get some weeds once in a while.[cl

same thing here on the wet side of the maintains in Washington & 0regon, stuff rusts rather quick and if you leave it in the field, grass and sticker bushes take over.

Later:cool:

Same thing down here in Bama. You leave one through the summer without moving it, have to wait until frost to find it!:D

Same here.Salt air rusts everything and bushes and weeds grow like mad.
But I could not stand living anywhere else except the coast.
The beauty of murrells inlet, the spanish moss hanging from the live oak trees, the laid back coastal attitude, etc, etc.
It gets in your blood just like hotrods.
Must be great to stay in dry climate where there is little rust,if that is what you are used to.

that's right we can hide anything, and where my family is in south texas, you'll never lose it, more like bonehead's pic.

I did live 9 months in Klamath Falls OR and it was very dry there too. Not like the Portland area.

One of the yards I visit in New Mexico don't loose stuff to weeds but to the sand drifts.
