This weekend was a good one for me something I planned went as expected. I seen a inner deck skin that Aussie Steve did the bead work with a air chisel. So with that insperation I came up with this idea to put a design in a piece of sheet metal. We cheated we used a laser to cut the pattern but it could be layed out and cut itha torch or plasma or using a dxf file you can have someone cut you a template. There is 3 templates that index they will determine depth of the stamping. One is the back plate plate two is the design next the sheet metal clamps between plate three and use all the clamps you can find. Heres the photos of my results with my new improved system haha ! Now heres the funny part after made the patterns and loaded the part these beads we done in less than 5 minutes no bull!!and the edge of the wheel wells were done on a oxygen bottle cap ith a rubber mallet I could not belive how well it worked. Tell me what you think P.S. bead tool was made out of a harbor freight air chisel bit chucked in a cordless drill and rounded on a belt sander
