Great look. I like that it's a highboy, looks drivable. I like the bagged look, but they are always photographed laying on the ground so you don't get to see what they look like rollin' down the blacktop......
There's a lot of closet rat rodders over there. I just think it's funny that they post a pic of what's obviously a bitchin' rat rod, call it a "traditional hot rod" and everyone drools over it.
If you really think about it the real traditional rodders and the rat guys actually have a lot in common when it comes to building cars.
The "tradition" began in the 30s......and they sure weren't slick and shiney!
The "tradition" really took off after WWII.....and they weren't slick and shiney either. You guys all know the history. Obviously, they don't.
