Who remembers this Rod and Custom mag cover from 1966?

I got a bunch of them from the 5os and 60s. The wife and I were cutting pics out to glue on the door panels.

i remember hoss, but not the mag cover as i was 5 in 66, cool cover .

Kind of strange him being on the cover of rod and custom especially on a mini bike????[S (like having a 6'6" 300lb guy on a mini bike isn't strange enough)

I remember Dan Blocker but not the cover shot. Seen him at the Indy 500 in 1970, he was a big man for sure.

I seem to remember that mag cover, I was 10, I might have even seen it later. I was into cars already by then, builing models and doing tune ups on the family rides.
Oh and plus one on what Izzy said, I'm 6'3" and 300......I'll ride a mini bike any chance I get..............LOL
